Those of you who still follow Zone Reads have probably noticed, unavoidably so, that we haven’t posted anything since the 2017 draft. There are a few reasons for that.
The biggest one, is that our Editor-in-Chief (me) started a gig writing a weekly column about the New Orleans Saints for The Bayou Brief. That has taken up most of his (my) football time, and unfortunately I have too many other jobs to maintain both a regular football column and a draft-focused football website during the regular season.
Now that draft season has come around, though, we’re getting some of the gang back together. We may not have our full crew of six like in the olden days, but we should have enough to start getting up some articles, film study, and rankings, particularly after the Combine (happening this week).
So, if you’re a Zone Reader, keep your eyes peeled for 2018 draft content, coming soon.e
In the meantime, you could do worse than look at Zone Reads’ Twitter follows for suggestions on other writers and analysts whose work you should read.
